POLITICS IN ANCIENT GREECE
The divisions of Greece were divided by a philosopher who was Aristotle, it consisted of democracy, monarchy, oligarchy, and tyranny. For most of the time, Greece started with monarchies, then converted to Oligarchies. After that was Tyrannies and Democracies. In different periods of time, there were many city-states which used different systems. However, many failed or never developed into Tyrannies and Democracies.
